Valuable information for all writers -- novice to expert
C. Saver's book (4th ed) provides information and guidance that is useful for all who wish to articulate an idea in written format. The text provides simple -- but not simplistic -- advice and information.  Definitely a "keeper!"

Best Staff Teaching Resource
I have the 3rd edition and advocated for the e-Book in our Biomedical Library. I used this a lot to work with novice staff working on publications. I can't say enough on how practical and valuable this book is. I look forward to getting the 4th edition.

Great Resource for Novice and Experienced Nurse Scholars!
This is an excellent resource for novice and experienced scholars and peer reviewers. Not only is it easy to read but the content is outstanding. Every step of the publication process is included from defining and refining a topic to publishing and promoting one's work. Strategies for writing different types of articles (for example, clinical pieces, research reports, reviews, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice papers) as well as tips for alternative works (for example, book chapters or continuing education materials) is additionally included. I also appreciated the Q & A sidebars as well as the confidence boosters and "write now" exercises. This book is a must-buy for those interested in or currently publishing their work, as well as for anyone who is supporting current and/or future nurse scholars. Great book!

Must-Have Resource for Writers and Peer Reviewers
As the editor-in-chief of Nursing2021, I regularly provide guidance on the mechanics of publication, strategies that will improve writing abilities, and expectations for crafting high quality peer reviews. This book really fits the bill as the go-to resource I now recommend to authors and peer reviewers who seek further information on these topics and more. Cindy Saver has managed to pull together an expert group of contributors who have covered all the bases to enable high quality contributions in the publication process. This book is truly outstanding.
